These terms apply to fridahag.com and the creative work presented here by Svanfríður Hagvaag (“Frida”, “I”), based in Bøstad, Lofoten, Norway. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. About this website

FridaHag presents books, videos, artwork, patterns, historical-source projects, apps and other creative work. The site is a portfolio and publishing home. It is not a general offer of website-building or consulting services.

2. Digital products and delivery

Products linked from this site are normally sold and delivered through Gumroad. The product page shows the current price, currency, contents and any product-specific conditions before purchase. Gumroad processes checkout and digital delivery under its own applicable terms. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, no physical item is shipped.

3. Licence and intellectual property

Unless a product page includes a different licence, a purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive licence for personal use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared as downloads, or presented as someone else’s work. Copyright and other rights remain with Frida or the credited rights holder.

Historical sources, faithful reconstructions and modern adaptations are identified as clearly as practical. A public-domain source does not automatically place Frida’s new artwork, editing, translation, layout or adaptation in the public domain.

4. Prices, refunds and consumer rights

Prices are normally shown in euros and may change before purchase. Any refund or cancellation request is handled according to the product listing, Gumroad’s checkout terms and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. External services and links

The site links to services and projects operated by third parties, including Gumroad. Frida is not responsible for an external service’s availability, security, content or separate terms.

6. Selected collaborations

Any publishing, licensing or selected creative collaboration is agreed separately in writing. Information on this website is not itself a binding offer or project agreement.

7. Accuracy and liability

I aim to describe products and sources accurately. Site content is provided as available and may be corrected or updated. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect loss arising solely from use of this website or an external link.

8. Governing law and contact

Norwegian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to hei@fridahag.com.
